Appraisal Services: The Appraisal Process

 We know there are many different reasons for wanting an appraisal. We hope to ease the process and know that each property we see is viewed with care and an unbiased opinion.  Reasons you might want an appraisal: thinking of listing your home for sale, refinancing, divorce, estate sales; probate, and tax assessment appeals.

After we have understood what you are looking for in our services, we will come out and inspect your property. We will take pictures of all of your rooms as well as exterior pictures and measurements.

After we leave your property, much of what we do is behind the scenes. We will look for comparable properties as similar to yours as possible. From there we make adjustments based on market data to come up with a fair and honest value.
